Items shipped by hawastore.net can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in most cases.

All products purchased from HawaStore can be returned with a refund of the product value and shipping cost, except for some of the following cases, it will not be accepted to return the products or the shipping cost or both

1- Any product(s) in condition that is not new, unused, or in packaging other than its original packaging.

2- Specific non-returnable categories such as underwear, cosmetics, socks...etc.

3- Absence of all product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity.

4- Any products returned without original documents will be rejected.

5- Grocery products cannot be returned to Hawa but may be refundable.

6- Fragile products related to personal hygiene.
